Minister of Social Development talks about ECD in Budget Speech

The Minister of Social Development contributed to parliament’s debate on the Budget. In her speech, Minister Lindiwe Zulu talked about the ECD conditional grant as well as the transfer of the ECD co-ordination function to DBE. She also mentioned investing in ECD for youth job creation.
